Job Summary:

As a housekeeper, you are responsible for cleaning all guest areas, anticipating and responding to guest requests in the hotel, while delivering guest service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas.
• Offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guest.
• Report any maintenance repairs immediately.
• Bring all lost and found items to front desk with room number and date on them.
• Any other tasks assigned involving guest room cleaning.
• Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude towards guests at all times.
• Keep work area neat and clean at all times. Carts should be cleaned at end of day.
